1. Accessing and Navigating Advanced Reporting

  1. Go to Analyse → Advanced Reporting.

  2. Select the report you want to explore.

Registry Analytics

  • Who is driving changes in my share price?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Liquidity: Who is responsible for the liquidity of your company, and who makes up the majority of your trading volume.

      2. Shareholder Influence: The proportion of shareholders, holdings and volume by registry cohort.

      3. How much of each cohort traded in the period

      4. How active investors traded

  • How price sensitive is my registry?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Price Sensitivity: The proportion of shareholders who will reach a profit at different share price points.

      2. Shareholder View: Shareholders unrealised P/L and break-even price below to get a sense of the minimum price growth they may be holding out for.

  • How has my company performed recently?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Registry Movements: seeing if you're gaining or losing shareholders on your registry.

      2. Registry Movements: Understanding how existing holders are trading as an indication of sentiment.

      3. Contactability: How contactable are your shareholders via the hub, email or phone?

      4. Volumes and Unmarketables: whether investors traded more or less volume last week?

      5. Volumes and Unmarketables: How many unmarketable shareholders do I have now?

      6. Engagement: How many investors are visiting my investor hub, and how have they engaged with recent newsflow.

      7. Charts: a visual representation of signups, downgrades and exits.

      8. Noteworthy Movements: Which shareholders are entering, exiting or changing their registry position at this time.

  • How do retail investors differ from non-retail?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Overview: Understanding how many of your shareholders are considered "retail", as well as their typical holding length and value.

      2. Noteworthy Movers: which retail and non-retail accounts hold high ranks within your registry. Including those who have upgraded, downgraded or exited.

      3. Shareholder list: A list of your non-retail and retail shareholders.

  • Tell me more about my high net worth investors.

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Aggregate Statistics:

        1. High Net Worth Overview: how many HNWs you currently have on your registry, as well as their type and average holding.

        2. Contactability: How many of your HNW shareholders can you engage with and by what method.

        3. Trading Behaviour: the typical trading profile of a HNW investor on your registry?

        4. Engagement: How engaged are HNW investors on the hub and via email?

      2. All High Net Worth Overview: Contactable high value investors you should know.

      3. Recent Movements: Recent trading behaviour by HNW shareholders, ordered by largest movement.

      4. New HNW Shareholders: HNW investors on your registry who have been identified by InvestorHub over the past 90 days.

      5. HNW Leads: Self-nominated HNWs with no linked shareholdings.

  • To what extent are investors day trading?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Day Trading Overview: Understanding day trading activity in the registry, who's doing it, how often, and to what extent this has accounted for volume.

      2. Threshold Sensitivity: seeing the presence of day trading at different time windows (days)

      3. Day Trader Table: the shareholders who have recently entered and exited your stock within a very short window.

  • Is the stock price above or below recent average?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. VWAP (Volume-Weighted Average Price): average price investors paid over a defined period, adjusted for trade volume.

Marketing Analytics

  • What channels are driving my engagement?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. What channel is performing: the number of total clicks, unique visitors and total link signups.

      2. Medium Performance: which medium (ie. email, socials etc) drives most traffic to your hub, culminating in sign-ups.

      3. Source Performance: the true source (ie Linkedin) of your traffic, and a subset of a chosen medium.

      4. Campaign Performance: which specific campaigns within those channels have yielded the best results.

      5. Website Performance: see which hub pages are attracting website viewers attention.

  • How are my hub members responding to my content?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Investor Sentiment form survey responses: how many announcements & updates have investors have responded to via survey.

      2. Aggregate Survey Responses: understand the sentiment of investors from survey responses.

      3. Which Newsflow is resonating: which particular news releases have impacted investor sentiment.

  • How are my email campaigns performing?

    • This report has the capacity to tell you the following information:

      1. Overall Email Performance: how many emails have you sent and how often have investors opened and clicked through to the Hub.

      2. Email Campaign Performance: how your individual email campaigns performed compared to the above average open & click rate.

3. Adjusting parameters
