1. How to access the questions page
Go to Engage → Questions.
2. How to adjust default question settings
Select the Settings icon on the Questions page to update your default visibility preferences.
You can choose to:
Make all new questions public or private by default
Decide whether private questions should contribute to your public question count
These settings help ensure your hub displays the level of information that suits your communication approach.

3. How to navigate the questions page
On this page, you’ll see:
All active questions submitted by investors
Starred questions you’ve marked for internal tracking
Answered questions that are publicly visible or privately archived
If an investor has connected their shareholding, their verified details appear next to the question so you know exactly who you’re responding to.
4. How to respond to questions
When responding:
Review whether the question is public or private. Toggle visibility if needed
Select Answer
Write your response
Choose whether to post as yourself or as your company using the identity toggle
Select Post answer
5. How to manually add a questions
You may want to post questions manually, the reason for this may be because you are getting the same questions asked multiple times via email, phone or conferences. You can post this question from your Company or anonymously.
To post a manual questions:
Go to Newsflow
Select the Announcement you want to post a question to
Select Questions
Post a question
Select a Source and Company / anonymous
