Keeping your investors involved and up-to-date on the latest news is important for creating an engaged and informed community that can add value over time. To help get you started on value-adding email campaigns, check out our suggested campaigns and copy below!

📣 Utilising campaigns to promote your Hub and drive sign-ups

Example 1:

'We have released an exciting new feature to boost our engagement with you. We're committed to ensuring our investors remain informed and heard, which is why we're pleased to announce the [Company} interactive Investor Hub is now online.

[LINK / BUTTON TO INVESTOR HUB WELCOME PAGE HERE].

The Hub offers you the chance to engage with [Company] in new ways. As a one-stop shop for all news and announcements related to [Company], you can now digitally interact with announcements and other news via the Hub. This means that you can ask questions of us and other shareholders within the context of announcements, ask questions of the [Company] team in general, and ensure you're always up-to-date with the latest news from [Company].

We're doing this because we want to ensure all of our shareholders have the ability to engage with our team and access to information. You have the option to validate your status as a shareholder, which entitles you to additional benefits, but you can equally sign up without validating your status if you'd prefer.

We would love it if you would join our investor community so that we can connect with you on a daily basis and reply to any questions you might have!

Step 1) Use the link to create an account and join [Company]'s investor community

Step 2) Verify your holdings and investor status to access additional benefits (optional)

Example 2:

By joining the community, you will also make it easier for [Company] to contact you about future raises, votes, and key announcements. Whether you are a seasoned shareholder or are simply interested in following our journey, we encourage you to join our investor community.'

👋 Welcoming new shareholders in a bespoke campaign

Welcome new shareholders and invite them to join your community with a custom campaign. Simply select 'New shareholders' in campaign audiences to select all new shareholders within the last 90 days, craft your bespoke message and send out your campaign. You can easily repeat this campaign process every quarter as new shareholders come on board, just be sure to set a reminder.

'I wanted to welcome you as a shareholder of [Company] on behalf of the management team. As a shareholder, we make it our priority to ensure you remain informed throughout the entirety of our journey. This means that we're highly invested in ensuring our shareholder communications are suited to your needs.

Our interactive investor hub hosts the latest company announcements, news, and media. It is also a place for investors to ask questions, add comments, and share feedback via the portal. We will endeavour to answer every question that we can (and be transparent about when we cannot).

Our investor hub is the destination for all investors at [Company], and I strongly encourage you to create an account and engage with myself and the [Company] leadership team on there.'

Example for ASX announcement distribution:

Example for non-ASX announcement/activity update distribution:
