Engagement analytics: an overview

Engagement analytics provides key insights into who is visiting your investor hub and how they are engaging with your content.

This can help inform your shareholder engagement strategies.

Where can I find my engagement analytics?

Under the Engagement section, click 'Analytics'.

What kind of analytics can I review?

Engagement analytics includes the following pages:

Let's take a closer look at the conversion rate funnel and audience breakdown chart.

Conversion rate funnel

The conversion rate funnel provides a high-level snapshot of how well your visitors are converting into leads and shareholders.

The funnel is broken down into the three stages:

  1. Unique visitors: the first stage in the funnel, and captures all unique visitors landing on your Investor Hub. This stage of the funnel will always be 100%.

  2. Leads: the second stage of the funnel, and captures the proportion of visitors who become leads.

  3. Shareholders: the final stage of the funnel, and captures the proportion of visitors who convert into shareholders.

Audience breakdown chart

The audience breakdown allows you to see how your lead conversion rate (i.e. the proportion of leads that convert into shareholders) relates to your investor communication efforts.

Note

The lead conversion rate is the average conversion rate over the previous 4 weeks.

Note: if you manually upload a list of contacts, they will automatically be converted to leads, which will be represented as a large spike in the graph.
