What are interactive announcements?

Interactive announcements are the best way to engage with investors and your shareholder community. They provide a scalable way to receive instant feedback and moderate discussion on every announcement, keeping the company in control.

Managing announcements once you've distributed your investor hub

Step 1. Interactive media page

All of your announcements can be found under Engagement β†’ Interactive media in the navigation sidebar.

Here, you have a list of all of your released ASX announcements along with engagement analytics such as the number of views, likes, comments and survey responses across each individual announcement.

At the top of the page, you'll also find high-level analytics with buttons to conveniently take you through actionable next steps to drive engagement.

Step 2. Individual announcements

By clicking on the title of a specific announcement you can manage its content, answer any questions from your investors and look at more detailed analytics.

Step 3. Manage your announcements

From here you will be able to:

  1. View the announcement as it appears in your investor hub by clicking on the View on investor hub button

  2. Add a summary or video to your announcement by clicking Edit summary

  3. View detailed live Analytics to help you optimise your content such as unique visitors, engagement metrics and distribution channel performance.

    • Click on the Questions tab to manage (public/private) and reply to questions. The user who made the questions will be notified by email when you reply to their question.

    • You can also add your own comments by clicking 'leave a comment. This is a great way to add more context to announcements.

    • Note: Your replies will be tagged with your company ticker so users can identify company replies if a conversation is made public.

  4. View survey responses by clicking on the Survey tab.

  5. Distribute your announcement on other channels by clicking on the Distribution tab. Here you can not only see analytics of your current channels but also push your content through others.
