So What's New?
1. Putting content creation and management tools front and centre
When you navigate to the Interactive Media section on the navigation sidebar, the first thing you will now see is a summary of your released content and engagement along with quick links to help you dive into managing your content straight away.
2. Tabs to reorganise your announcement management workflow
We've reorganised the page you use to manage your individual interactive announcements to make it easier to find the tools you need.
You still have access to your most commonly used tools such as managing and replying to comments and questions and viewing survey responses. Similarly to the previous version, you can also edit and add to your announcement by clicking on the Edit summary button at the top.
3. Live and in-depth announcement performance analytics
We've overhauled your analytics page to give you a better understanding of how your announcement and relevant distribution channels are performing. This way you can optimise your content on the fly, based on the most up-to-date data.
4. Detailed feedback on your distribution channels
You can now, not only push your content through an email or social media campaign without having to leave the page, but also track their performance.
