Outcome: Understanding investor sentiment from feedback surveys

Interactive announcements include a quick feedback survey to gauge investor sentiment on every announcement. The results of these surveys can be viewed by following the below steps:

Step 1. Head to the 'interactive announcements' page in your navigation bar under 'Engagement'. Here you will be able to see how many survey responses each announcement has along with analytics for views, questions, likes and survey responses.

Step 2. Click on the drop-down arrow on the specific announcement you would like to view analytics for. This will now display the results of the survey.

*Note: Survey responses are a collection of responses received from the pop-up survey on each individual interactive announcement page.

Investors will be prompted with three questions and be able to choose from 3 responses to each. Currently, these questions are standard for all InvestorHub users but we are looking to implement custom questions in the near future.

If Investors are consistently responding negatively to announcements via the survey pop-up, we suggest having a think about which announcements specifically investors aren't understanding, and then conducting a short video addressing potential concerns or confusions investors might be having.

You can then add this to an interactive announcement and distribute this to investors either via email or social media.
