1. Inviting your team to your workspace

Before you begin

  • You’ll need your own InvestorHub invitation email.

  • Have the email addresses of any team members you’d like to invite.

  • Admins can invite other users and manage workspace permissions.

How to accept your invitation

  1. Search your inbox for the subject line: “Activate your InvestorHub account for [COMPANY]”.

  2. The email is sent from no-reply@investorhub.com.

  3. Select Activate your account and follow the steps.

If you can’t find your link, your CSM can resend it. Invitation links expire after 48 hours, so you may need a fresh one.

  3. Enter their name and email.

2. Setting up your domain

Before you begin

  • You’ll need your company’s domain details.

  • You may need support from your IT or webmaster.

  • You’ll also choose two email addresses:

Why this matters

Your domain makes your hub feel like an extension of your main website. For example:

How to set up your domain

  1. Decide on your custom hub domain (e.g. investors.company.com).

  2. Add your marketing and transactional email addresses in Settings → Investor hub domain.

  3. Update DNS settings following the instructions shown on your domain setup page.

  4. Once DNS changes propagate, your hub will be accessible under your new custom domain.

  5. Refer to the screenshot below for guidance on the setup.

If you’re unsure which DNS records to add, keep the InvestorHub domain setup page open – it shows the exact values you need to copy.

If you need help, your CSM can guide your webmaster through the process.

3. Integrating your hub into your website

Integrating your hub ensures investors can easily find your latest updates.

Why this matters

Many investors navigate through a company’s main website before exploring investor information.

Adding clear pathway from your main website to the Hub ensures:

  • Higher traffic to your hub

  • Better engagement with interactive announcements and updates

  • Cleaner, consolidated investor communication

How to integrate

  1. Go to Engage → Hub Builder

  2. Select Edit Hub

  3. Find the URL that is located on the Hub Builder dashboard

  4. Copy this URL

  5. Direct your Investor Section of your company's main website

See screenshot below with the instructions on how to find the URL

Adding Links to Individual Pages

You can also direct individual pages from your company's main website to the individual hub pages.

  1. Go to Engage → Hub Builder

  2. Select Edit Hub

  3. Go to Content → Page that you want to direct to → Page Settings

  4. Copy this Slug

  5. Direct your individual page of your company's main website to the individual hub page

Example placements:

  • Header navigation

  • Footer links

  • LSE announcements pages

  • Corporate governance or investor relations pages

See screenshot below with instructions on how to find the slug

4. Managing Your Investor Email Subscription Form

You may have an investor email subscription form on your company's main website.

It is more efficient and will potential avoid duplication, if you can redirect your existing investor email subscriptions form to the InvestorHub form. This way all of your contacts will be kept in the one CRM on the Hub.

This ensures:

  • All sign-ups feed directly into your CRM.

  • Subscribers automatically receive your email updates.

To add your embedded form, you can use iframe code below:

See below the code for the investor email subscription:

<iframe

height="172"

src="https://{replace with your hub domain}/subscribe"

style="border: none; max-width: 100%"

width="520"
></iframe>

Add this code to your company's main website and this will then redirect to the InvestorHub CRM.

Under Settings → Email, configure:
