Overview
Your InvestorHub is the central place where investors learn about your company, access announcements, and stay engaged with your progress. Setting it up properly ensures a seamless experience for both your team and your investors.
This guide walks through the core steps to get your hub live: inviting your team, connecting your registry, setting up your domain, integrating your hub into your website, configuring email settings, and preparing for launch.

1. Inviting your team to your workspace
Before you begin
You’ll need your own InvestorHub invitation email.
Have the email addresses of any team members you’d like to invite.
Admins can invite other users and manage workspace permissions.
How to accept your invitation
Search your inbox for the subject line: “Activate your InvestorHub account for [COMPANY]”.
The email is sent from no-reply@investorhub.com.
Select Activate your account and follow the steps.
If you can’t find your link, your CSM can resend it. Invitation links expire after 48 hours, so you may need a fresh one.
How to invite your team
Go to Settings → Team.
Select Invite user.
Enter their name and email.
Choose their access level:
Admin - full access, including settings and user management.
Registry - visibility of all shareholder data, including movements and can create Raises and manage Past Placements
Content (Sensitive) - ability to create and edit campaigns, announcements, updates and social posts - including creating and modifying draft announcements. Can create and modify Hub’s appearance, customise email campaign templates and see content performance.
Content - ability to create and edit campaigns, announcements, updates and social posts. Can create and modify Hub’s appearance, customise email campaign templates and see content performance.
Basic - basic access to published campaigns, contact information and engagement analytics. Cannot see any private registry data or draft content.
2. Connecting your registry
InvestorHub connects to your registry through a secure API integration. This enables daily updates to your shareholder records and unlocks key platform features.
Why this matters
Connecting your registry allows you to:
Track shareholder movements in real time.
View enriched holder profiles in your CRM.
Access insights used in Advanced Reporting and board-level analytics.
Once you have connected to the registry, the data will be automatically updated in your Hub and the data will be T+2 (Trading +2 days). The exception to this is Computershare data which can only be added to your Hub by manually pulling in the data.
Registries
Each registry has a different connection process:
Automic
Automic will email you directly for confirmation.
Reply confirming that InvestorHub can connect to your account.
Approximate timeframe: ~2 days.
Boardroom
Boardroom will send a one-page API agreement.
Sign and return the agreement to enable your connection.
Approximate timeframe: ~2 weeks.
Link/MUFG or Xcend
These registries will email you to confirm access.
Reply confirming approval.
Approximate timeframe: ~2 days.
For the registries listed above, if you haven’t heard from your registry, contact your CSM for an update. Registries will not connect without your confirmation.
Computershare
Computershare data can only be added to your Hub by manually uploading the data.
Computershare clients will need to liaise directly with your Computershare account manager and create a registry login for a nominated representative in your team using a new email address on your domain (e.g. ir@listedcompany.com, registry@listedcompany.com) so that there is no cross-over with any existing accounts. Once this has been created they will be able to create a data file that can be emailed to your CSM. Your CSM can then arrange for this to be uploaded to your Hub.
We recommend that you do this on a monthly basis, usually on the 3rd or 4th business day of each month. This will enable your data in the Hub to be refreshed on a monthly basis. Ask your Computershare account manager to create a dedicated login for your team (e.g. ir@company.com).
3. Setting up your domain
Before you begin
You’ll need your company’s domain details.
You may need support from your IT or webmaster.
You’ll also choose two email addresses:
A marketing address (e.g. investors@company.com)
A transactional address (e.g. noreply@company.com)
Why this matters
Your domain makes your hub feel like an extension of your main website. For example:
How to set up your domain
Decide on your custom hub domain (e.g. investors.company.com).
Add your marketing and transactional email addresses in Settings → Investor hub domain.
Update DNS settings following the instructions shown on your domain setup page.
Once DNS changes propagate, your hub will be accessible under your new custom domain.
If you’re unsure which DNS records to add, keep the InvestorHub domain setup page open – it shows the exact values you need to copy.
If you need help, your CSM can guide your webmaster through the process.
4. Integrating your hub into your website
Integrating your hub ensures investors can easily find your latest updates.
Why this matters
Many investors navigate through a company’s main website before exploring investor information. Adding clear pathways ensures:
Higher traffic to your hub.
Better engagement with interactive announcements and updates.
Cleaner, consolidated investor communication.
How to integrate
Add a link to your hub in your website’s navigation bar (e.g. under “Investors”).
Update or redirect old ASX announcement and reports pages to your hub.
Replace outdated “Investor Centre” pages with your new hub link.
Example placements:
Header navigation
Footer links
ASX announcements pages
Corporate governance or investor relations pages
5. Updating your website contact forms
You can replace your existing contact or investor-sign-up forms with your InvestorHub subscription form. This ensures:
All sign-ups feed directly into your CRM.
Subscribers automatically receive your email updates.
To add your embedded form, you can use iframe code below:
<iframe
height="172"
src="https://{replace with your hub domain}/subscribe"
style="border: none; max-width: 100%"
width="520" ></iframe>
6. Setting up your email domain and templates
How to set up your email reply email
Under Settings → Email, configure:
Send From email (the address investors will see)
Send From name (e.g. Company Name)
Reply-To address
How to customise your templates
InvestorHub uses a drag-and-drop editor for designing email templates.
Under Settings → Email, scroll to the email templates and press Edit to make changes to the standard template.
Available templates:
Campaign templates for newsletters and updates
Automated distribution for ASX announcements
Manual distribution for non-automated setups
Welcome New Shareholder email
Best practice:
Keep branding consistent
Use clear calls to action
Check all links
Keep copy simple and professional
A comprehensive list and copy for the Transactional emails can be found here.
7. Launching your InvestorHub
Launching your hub encourages early engagement and ensures investors know where to go for updates.

Add a short explanation and link.Add the hub link to your announcement templates.
Place it in your header, footer, or contact section.
