What is automated distribution & why is it important? π€·ββοΈ
Managing distribution of your newsflow with an email service or via social media can become an administrative nightmare. Automating the distribution of newsflow saves hours and ensures the communication schedule is reliable, which cultivates investor trust.
Through InvestorHub, you can now automate the distribution of your Interactive Media through different channels including email, Twitter and LinkedIn as soon as it's released.

Setting up your automated distribution βοΈ
To set up the channel and type of media you'd like to automatically distribute, follow the below instructions:

Automating Interactive Announcement distribution βοΈ
You will firstly need to select announcement types you would like to automate distribution of by:
βmanually selecting individual announcement types (e.g. AGM, quarterly report, annual reports); OR
βby clicking 'use recommended settings', which are suggested announcements we have chosen based on investor sentiment and typically increased interest in certain types of announcements (commonly investor presentations, quarterly reports, activity updates or material announcements).
Once you've selected which announcements you'd like to automatically distribute to investors upon release to the ASX, you'll need to set up a template email message that investors will receive.
Here you can customise the email template including colours, structure of email, company logo, company name, recipients (list of investors you'd like this to be sent to) and the email content or custom message.

βPlease note: the announcement name + link (to the interactive announcement) will pre-fill onto this email template. Use contact fields to pull investors' {first_name} .

Once you've selected which announcements you'd like to automatically distribute to investors upon release to the ASX, you'll need to set up a template social media message that can be posted each time an announcement is released.
Click 'save' and you're all set up for automated announcement distribution. The next time you release an announcement to the ASX (and you have automated distribution set up for that announcement type), an email will automatically send to your investors (who you've chosen to send it to) and the announcement will be distributed to the social media accounts you have set up.

βPlease note: you can always come back and edit this email template at any time in campaigns -> settings -> automated distribution.
Automating Interactive Activity Update distribution βοΈ
To save you time when you post an interactive activity update, InvestorHub can automatically distribute that activity post via email to investors as soon as you hit 'PUBLISH'.

βFollow the below steps for set up:
Select a distribution channel - at this stage we only have this for emails. Stay tuned for social media.
βSelect which 'activity update - type' you'd like to automate distribution of, i.e. all PDFs, images, links, videos or select all for any activity update you post β¬οΈ
βRefine your message / content, just like you did for interactive announcements above ^
Email notifications π²
To investors
Once you've set up automated distribution and selected your recipients (all shareholders / investor hub users / custom list), those selected investors will receive an email notification when you next release an announcement (only for those announcement types you selected automated distribution of).
The email will look similar to the below (may vary depending on how you've customised the look and feel of your email template)

Via Linkedin
To company users
Once you've set up automated distribution for announcements and / or activity updates, all company users of your Company's organisation on InvestorHub will receive a notification the next time an announcement is released or an activity update is published, similar to the below β¬οΈ
Both investors and company users can pause these notifications in their account settings under 'distribution notifications'.
Campaign Summary
Once an email has been automatically sent to investors for either an announcement you've released or activity update you've posted (provided that specific type was selected in the automated distribution settings), you will be able to view the campaign report in your campaign summary table.
By clicking 'view report' on previously sent automated distribution campaigns, you can see:
Sent date and time
Recipient list
Delivery rate
Unsubscribe rate
Open rate
Click rate
View sent email
When your interactive media was posted to socials
