What is the InvestorHub Webinar solution?
This is an integrated recording solution which allows you to plan, promote, record, publish and analyse a webinar all using your investor hub.
Why should I start using it?
Running webinars directly through InvestorHub provides a seamless experience for you and your investors. Youβll benefit from streamlined planning, integrated analytics, and a centralized location for hosting these investor communications.
How does it work?
Below you can find a click through video of the experience, which includes:
Creating a webinar
Updating the landing page

Attendee analytics and link to CRM shareholding
Studio mode for recording the call
What are the roles & permissions?
There are three roles for users interacting with the webinar:
Broadcaster: The lead presenter. Any assisting facilitators should also have this role.
Speaker: A guest invited to speak during a section of the call.
Viewer: Investors attending the webinar.
Frequently asked questions
How much does this cost?
The webinar solution is included in your existing subscription with InvestorHub for added value. As a key step in the direct to investor playbook, we're excited to make this capability available and convenient for you.
How do I control roles & permissions?
The InvestorHub user who creates the webinar is assigned the Broadcaster role by default. All attendees are defaulted to Viewers. Only the Broadcaster can modify an attendee's role.
Can I record my webinar offline, and then upload?
Yes! You can upload a pre-recorded video as a webinar. This approach maintains a consistent experience for investors by centralizing all webinars on your hub. It also integrates viewer analytics directly into your investor CRM.
How will questions work?
You have flexible options for managing questions:
Enable pre-submitted questions on the webinar landing page. These questions will only be visible to the Broadcaster.
Turn on live chat during the webinar, where investors can submit questions. These are visible only to the company, not other investors.
Start with live chat paused and enable it during the Q&A session.
The Broadcaster can reply privately to specific investors or address all attendees.
What will investors see?
Investors will see:
The Broadcaster and their shared screen.
Any live polls shared during the webinar, along with the results.
Investors will not see:
The number of other investors in attendance.
The usernames of other attendees.
Questions asked by other investors.
What insights will I gain?
InvestorHub provides valuable, actionable analytics before and after your webinar, including:
The number of investors who registered for the webinar.
Investors who attended the live webinar.
Investors who viewed the recording afterward on the hub.
Investors who downloaded documents from the webinar landing page.
A timeline chart showing how many investors watched each portion of the webinar.
On-market buying and selling behavior by attendees and viewers within 14 days.
