How to access the Q&A page

Go to Engage → Questions.

How to adjust default question settings

Select the Settings icon on the Questions page to update your default visibility preferences.

You can choose to:

  • Make all new questions public or private by default

  • Decide whether private questions should contribute to your public question count

These settings help ensure your hub displays the level of information that suits your communication approach.

How to navigatie the questions page

On this page, you’ll see:

  • All active questions submitted by investors

  • Starred questions you’ve marked for internal tracking

  • Answered questions that are publicly visible or privately archived

If an investor has connected their shareholding, their verified details appear next to the question so you know exactly who you’re responding to.

How to respond to questions

When responding:

  1. Review whether the question is public or private. Toggle visibility if needed.

  2. Select Answer.

  3. Write your response.

  4. Choose whether to post as yourself or as your company using the identity toggle.

  5. Select Post answer.

Best practice

  • Treat every answer as a statement to your wider investor base.

  • Be clear, accurate, and consistent with your company messaging.

  • Thoughtful answers encourage stronger engagement and demonstrate transparency.
