πŸ—£ We know that sometimes it's hard to clearly articulate your thoughts into writing, so here, you can say it!

Videos are a great way to be more personal with your shareholders or give visuals for the content in the announcement. Check out our article on how to add a summary or video to your announcements here.

It is important that the video you upload is of high quality. Recommendations for this are included below:

Choosing Your Location πŸ”†

  • The best videos are shot in a location that is well-lit. If you don't have a room with a lot of natural light, using lamps can help to get the best look.

  • Make sure the room is quiet and without echo, remembering to turn off air conditioners and other loud equipment.

Equipment πŸŽ₯

  • A simple video in front of a laptop camera is great, but if you have the internal capability of using professional recording equipment we highly recommend you make the most of it.

  • Position your camera on a steady surface.

  • Position the camera at eye level if you can to provide the best angle.

Editing πŸ”Š

A simple video may not require much editing and will simply need to be trimmed / cropped, which can be done easily. If you require a higher level of video editing, please reach out to your Account Manager and they will be able to provide recommendations for your needs.

Please consider that editing a video can take time, so if you are planning on uploading a video as an announcement is released, the video will need to be filmed and edited ahead of time.
