Searching on InvestorHub

If you want to find a specific shareholder or a specific contact from your hub, this is where you can do it. Investor Search allows you to search for individual investors by filtering for contact information and to search for contacts by searching for names or email.

Searching for a contact

Under the Investors tab you'll find 'Investor Search'. Here, you'll be able to search for contacts by name, email or CHESS information.

You can also filter contacts or shareholders by several characteristics, including:

  • Linked to shareholder profile: If a contact has been linked to a shareholding entity

  • Linked to Investor Hub: If a contact has been linked to an Investor Hub profile. To display only contacts who have signed up to your Investor Hub, ensure you filter for 'linked to Investor Hub - Show linked only'

  • HNW status (high net worth): This status shows characteristics of investors that display high net worth behaviour.

    • Not indicated: No high net worth behaviour displayed.

    • Self-nominated s708: This investor has registered or 'self-nominated' as a s708 during the Investor Hub sign up flow but have not uploaded a s708 certificate.

    • Pending review: These investors self-nominated as s708 and have uploaded a s708 certificate which is pending company approval.

    • Verified s708: These investors self-nominated as s708 and their s708 certificate has been verified by the Company.

    • HNW: These investors have been identified by InvestorHub's algorithm to show high net worth behaviour (including trade size + holding size characteristics).

You'll also have the ability to create a custom contact using the 'Create' button found next to the search bar. This will allow you to create a custom contact you can log activities and tags on and assign shareholdings to.

Searching for a shareholder

With investor search, you're able to view your entire list of shareholders and can search for any individual shareholder on your registry.

The filtering menu can be seen by selecting "Filter" on the top left of the shareholder table. This will allow you to filter from the below options:

Information you can filter for includes:

  • Whether they are linked to a contact

  • Holding behaviour (i.e. top 20, participated in placement, display High Net Worth behaviour)

  • Range of holdings

  • Range of time since most recent buy in

  • Specific brokers

Adding a contact πŸ‘₯+

InvestorHub allows you to add new contacts to your organisation. Through this, you can either add a new investor's details you gathered at a conference, or attach a contact profile to an existing shareholder that you've gathered contact details for.

Creating a contact profile allows you to add tags that you can then filter for later, including 'friendly', 'broker', 'RIU Sydney 2022', or whatever you desire! This will make it simple to organise, segment and target their investors based on interactions, observations and other insights.

πŸ’‘Email campaigns can now be targeted to specific investor segments with enhanced audience filtering for custom communications.

You can also create activity logs for contact profiles including details on your last meeting with them or perhaps a conversation that's worth recording & referring back to at a later date, like details about their family or current sentiment on the company that will foster a better conversation the next time you speak with them.

It's a great way to record information to help you understand and better engage with your investors.

  • What is the difference between a shareholder and a contact?

A shareholder is someone on your registry whose information cannot be edited. When you navigate to a shareholder's page, you'll find the objective, unedited data about them. Contacts on the other hand, are a way for you to keep track of your hub users and individuals you may have spoken to in person or over email, as well as a way for you to link shareholdings to a contact.
