Frequently Asked Questions

Settings

Your workspace has several settings for both your company and your individual user account.

Company Settings

Your company settings affect your user-shared workspace and have several sections that can be updated, namely:

  • General - Information about the company including ticker, company name, and company address.

  • Team - Invite and remove users from your organisation to/from the workspace.

  • Registry data - Upload manual reports in the event that your registry has not connected with the platform yet.

  • Investor Hub domain - Setting up your custom Investor Hub domain, with step by step instructions.

  • Email - Here you can determine which email address you'd like to set for marketing & transactional emails sent from the company.

Account Settings

Your account settings are specific to each user and will not affect the workspace. Within this section, you can update:

  • Profile - Update your personal account settings including name, email address & phone number.

  • Notification Preferences - Select which communications from the platform you wish to receive.

  • Privacy & Security - Reset your password, or if you wish, close your user account

🌱 If you wish to close your account, select "Contact InvestorHub" and get in contact with our team.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What changes affect me and what changes affect everyone?

Any change made on 'My Account' (changing password, deleting the account, notification preferences etc.) will affect you and you only. Changes made through the 'Settings' tab are company-wide and will be visible to all users (changing company name, inviting new users etc.).

🌱 If you have any questions on the above, get in touch with your Account Manager.
