1. Accept your InvestorHub invitation
You can search for this email in your inbox with the subject: Activate your InvestorHub account for [COMPANY]
If you haven’t received this yet, reach out to your Client Success Manager and they will send it through!
2. Add your team members to your company workspace, see how below!
You can add team members as "Admins" or "Viewers"
Admins have full view and edit access. This includes managing organisation settings and inviting other team members.
Viewers can view only. They can not edit any data or invite users.

I haven't received my invite link yet, what do I do?
If you haven't received your invite link in your inbox, not to worry! You can reach out to your Client Success Manager and they will send it through to you. You will usually get sent your invite link after you have had your first intro call with them.
The invite link doesn't work, help!
If the invite link doesn't work, it is probably because the link has expired as invite links expire after 48 hours. You can request a new link when clicking the "Activate your account" button. If this still doesn't work, please contact your Client Success Manager.
I want to invite more than one of my teammates, how do I do this?
Perfect, the more the merrier! You can follow the steps in the video to add multiple team members one after the other.
