Why do you need to connect your registry?

InvestorHub uses your registry data to keep you informed of the day-to-day movements of your shareholders, provide you with unique insights you can use to boost your shareholder engagement and more! While you are waiting for your registry to connect, some of the features on InvestorHub won’t be available.

💡 This connection is done through an Application Programming Interface (API), a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. This is what allows your registry to talk to your InvestorHub workspace!

See a preview of data on InvestorHub below!

Please note this is sample data and used for example purposes only.

Immediate Actions

Automic

  • Automic will send you an email to confirm your API connection with InvestorHub just reply to their email with your confirmation.

  • ⏱ ~ 2 days

Boardroom

  • Boardroom requires clients to sign a one-page API agreement to connect with InvestorHub. It can take up to 2 weeks for Boardroom’s legal team to prepare the agreement. They will send this to you via email, and will only connect the registry once signed and returned.

  • ⏱ ~ 2 weeks

Computershare

  • Computershare clients will need to liaise directly with your Computershare account manager and create a registry login for a nominated representative in your team using a new email address on your domain (e.g. ir@listedcompany.com, registry@listedcompany.com) so that there is no cross-over with any existing accounts. Once this has been created we will help you connect it with your software license.
