Haven’t set up your team and Investor hub yet or connected your registry? If you’ve accidentally skipped some steps, you can review them again below.

Why should you start your growth loop?

We want you to maximise the value you gain from using InvestorHub and boost your shareholder engagement and capital market growth. Dedicating just a few hours each week to a structured growth loop is an efficient way to leverage your time.

As we’ve done the planning for you below to guide you through each stage of your growth loop, you’ll be underway in no time with these actionable steps.

Stage 1: Distribute

Sharing your Hub is the first step in regaining control over your shareholder demand. Getting it in front of investors kickstarts the first stage of your growth loop; direct and interactive engagement in a forum you control.

  • Leverage your existing channels to maximise the distribution of your Hub

  • Increase the likelihood of investors and shareholders learning about your new platform.

Stage 2: Enhance

Add Summaries to your Announcements

Video and written summaries are an efficient way to enrich your announcements as they:

  • Add value for investors that’s unavailable through other channels

  • Trigger more discussion via additional context for an announcement or update

  • Humanise your company and add emotional value to their holdings

Respond to Investor Questions

Responding to investors is vital to build and validate investor trust when they interact with the Hub. We always recommend that companies make questions and responses public to drive genuine conversations and allow others to join in.

Stage 3: Analyse

Analyse Your Registered Investors

  • These are the investors who joined your Hub to engage directly with you, and InvestorHub allows you to take a deep dive into who these investors might be.

  • Investors can register as sophisticated or wholesale investors during signup, providing you with a list of potential investors for your chairman’s list.

Understand Your Shareholders

  • Amplify provides you with the tools to deep dive into your shareholder data and see who is buying, and selling, understand your shareholder growth ratio and more.

Send Email Campaigns to Your Shareholders

  • After you've taken the time to understand your shareholders and discover who is making movements in your registry, you should send regular campaigns to these groups in order to tuck them in or thank them for their ongoing support.

Estimating Your Available Capital and Next Steps

  • Amplify has three stages to turn your company into an investor growth engine, and this is where we focus on the third stage:

    1. Grow a community of engaged investors on a company owned channel

    2. Know that community so you can identify opportunities

    3. Activate that community through targeted communications

Frequently Asked Questions 🧠

  • Can I distribute my Investor Hub using InvestorHub?

Yes you can! Get the link of your Investor Hub by navigating to Investor Hub under the Engagement section in the navigation menu -> click go to live Investor Hub and copy the link there. Then you can send an email campaign with the Communications feature under the Engagement section. Create your campaign and add the links to the Investor Hub in the email!

👀 Keep your eyes peeled because we will be releasing a new feature to help you automatically distribute your announcements soon.

  • What should I include in my written / video summary on my interactive announcement or interactive update?

We typically recommend a shareholder welcome, three key points to take away, encouragement to ask questions and whether there's a time limit on responses. We’ve found that the more casual, the better (this goes for video summaries also).
