Prerequisites: A custom domain for the Investor Hub, investor contact email, webmaster / IT contact

Who: Your primary user, webmaster and/or IT (whoever is in charge of your website and DNS settings)

Outcome: Make the Investor Hub uniquely yours!

What is the Investor Hub?

This is where investors and shareholders will go to engage with you directly through interactive announcements, interactive updates and more (other features to come 👀). The Hub allows you to bring the online investor community into your control and capitalise off your own network!

Collect investor emails to expand your reach, understand shareholder sentiment and bring your shareholders along for the journey.


Immediate Actions

1. Create your custom domain & add investor contact emails

  • The custom domain is what the URL of the Investor Hub will be. We typically recommend something like investorhub.COMPANYDOMAIN.com

  • You will need to also add investor contact emails; a marketing email as well as a transactional email.

    • Marketing emails are used for promotional content. Transactional emails are used to send important information, and are usually triggered by an investor’s action (e.g. resetting their password on the Investor Hub).

    • Investors will be sent emails from the default freshamplify address if these aren't added.

    • We recommend an investors@ for the marketing email and a noreply@ for a transactional email.

2. Integrate your Hub to your company website

Frequently Asked Questions 🧠

  • Who manages my DNS settings?

This will be whoever manages the website, so a webmaster or IT person within your company. If you are unsure whether your webmaster manages your DNS settings, no worries! They will typically know who does this for you so you can reach out to them and ask.

  • Why do I need to set-up an investor email for the Investor Hub?

The Hub will send emails to investors who have signed up in a few scenarios; to verify investors' emails, if an investor has registered as a wholesale investor the Hub will prompt them to upload their certification etc.

  • What email should I use for my Investor Hub?

We recommend to use an email that you already use for investor communications so that investors know that these are coming from you. This might be an investors@companydomain or a no-reply@companydomain.

  • Why do I need to change my Investor Hub domain?

This is so investors know that this is your Investor Hub. The default Investor Hub domain is XXX.freshamplify.com, so make this yours by changing it to your own domain!

  • Why is creating a Welcome Page and integrating the Investor Hub to my website optional?

Although recommended, both of these actions are optional as you can still use the Investor Hub without completing these steps.
