What is the investor hub?
The investor hub sits as a sub-domain on your corporate website. This is where investors and shareholders will go to directly engage with you.
To promote traffic and generate sign-ups, the hub must be integrated into your website.
Create & integrate the custom domain
Step 1. Create your custom domain name
Create a custom domain name to make the investor hub sub-domain look and feel like your company. The custom domain name is the URL of the investor hub. We typically recommend something like investorhub.companydomain.com or investors.companydomain.com.
To add the custom domain name, go to the Investor hub domain tab under Settings. Add your custom domain name and the DNS records will automatically populate underneath.
To configure your custom domain:
Log in to your domain provider
Head to domain settings
Add the records to your DNS settings
Come back to the InvestorHub platform and click verify to check if the connection has been set up yet. You will see a green "Connected" button next to your domain name once the domain set-up is complete.
Step 2. Integrate your hub into your company website
Once your have a unique sub-domain, it's time to integrate it into your corporate website. When investors land on your website, they'll typically go to your Investor page, regulatory announcements page or something similar. We suggest you redirect these visitors to your new investor hub domain to increase traffic.
There are many ways that you may wish to integrate your investor hub link across your corporate website, some suggested locations include:
Replacing the Investors tab;
Redirecting the 'Regulatory news' section in your investor centre drop down menu bar;
Adding an 'Investor hub' tab to the drop down menu;
Including a 'Investor hub' button on your main landing page.
If you are unsure, ask your Client Success Manager for some suggestions.
Step 3. Update the contact form
Streamline email subscriptions by updating your website's contact form. When an investor enters their details to the form, they will be automatically added to your hubs CRM and subscribed to your mailing list for all future email campaigns, it's that easy!

You can personalise your hub's theme by clicking on Settings on your sidebar and then clicking on Investor hub theme tab.
Edit your theme's colour by clicking on the Edit button and then inputting the hex code of your chosen colour.
Preview your chosen colour and then click Save Changes to have them be reflected on your investor hub - this can take up to 10 minutes.
💡 Our system takes your signature colour and then applies it across your hub, using various tints and shades. You can use the preview of the Announcements banner to get a sense of the change before it goes live.

FAQs
Who manages my DNS settings?
This will be whoever manages the website, so a webmaster or IT person within your company. If you are unsure whether your webmaster manages your DNS settings, no worries! They will typically know who does this for you so you can reach out to them and ask.
Why do I need to change my investor hub domain?
This is so investors know that this is your investor hub. The default hub domain is XXX.investorhub.com, so make this yours by changing it to your own domain!
What if I want to use more than one colour?
In order to keep this process simple, we currently limit the choice of colours to a single one. This also helps to ensure consistency of the design aesthetic across all your pages.
If you have more than one brand colour, we recommend choosing the one that you think is the most prevalent in your brand story. Another important consideration is how it will appear on your investor hub and choose accordingly. You can do so by using the preview of the Announcements banner to determine which colour is best suited for your hub.
